sprint and walk

Today I finally got down on the sprinting part of the Feralicious Challenge and it was very rewarding.  I did a beautiful Montana walk outside my door with my family.  I brought my stopwatch so I could do ten ten minute sprints.  WOW!  After the first one I thought it would be so crazy to do nine more, but I did it and I feel great.  I know my family (husband, one year old, and two year old) were impressed!
