Why does it feel like Friday?!

Ok so my goal to do lunch time work outs is somewhat unrealistic right now. However, I am goin to wake up early everday this week to work out since daylight savings and also to set a good habit for myself and my whole running thing. I told myself if I didn't use the gym significantly in the next week, I would freeze my crunch membership...so time to set up my routine so that I am utilizing it!

20min stairmill

35min treadmill

40min Yoga.

That was this morning.

I didn't want to go back to work out, especially since it was so nice out! UGH...I went back bc I don't like to break appointments. I did stupid conditioning exercises which bore the shit out of me. 2, 2min rounds of just boxing. I do not know how long we went for full sparring...p.s I head headgear...p.s.s. he was not hitting me hard at all but body shots suck. And so do headkicks. WTF! Improptu sparring is fun but exhausting. And alil bit of sweaty clinching. I am starting to get used to it tho I still hate it!

OH and I jammed my finger and its all swollen. NICE!
