Workout

starting to move again

Finally feeling well enough to move, I went for a short, relaxing yoga class.  I could barely hold myself up during the standing poses. :)  I also did some more pushups, situps, and squats towards the 1,000.  I only got in one set of pull-ups and dips...and I'm terrible at them!!
