Workout
pushing myself back into submission
After all this resting, then huge energy output, and then resting again, I was getting very antsy to get back in the saddle with my regular workout regimen. I went for an almost 5mi run in the morning, and Bikram yoga in the evening. I hadn't been to a Bikram class in around 8 months or so, but it felt really good. I wasn't able to do everything, since I wasn't used to so much heat during yoga, but I got through about 80% of the standing poses and all the floor poses. I'm going to try it again, hopefully this evening if I can get there in time.
