Workout

pilates may not be my thing....

Pilates was pretty good. I liked the vibe, the pace & the actual exercises. But I didn't feel great. Usually when I exercise, even if I'm not a superstar at least I know I'm pretty strong and pretty coordinated. But there were several moments today where I just felt fat. That whole rolling backwards and then back up into a V position? Yeah...that was pretty humiliating, but it was also kind of funny. 

I'll totally give it another shot, if only because I have the Rhythm & Ritual feat to complete!

I also realized I could knock out some cardio sprints if I bust some ass biking to the gym! It's only like, 6 blocks total, but if I pedal my little heart out, my heart rate is cruising...
