Phtt! Headbutts!

W.  Happy St. Paddy's Day!  Ugh...today seemed sooooooo long--and I didn't even drink today!  >:~(  Couldn't get out of bed, so no morning workout.  Taught the oldies fitness class in town, had lunch @ Gilly's (grilled salad-thingy with 2 poached eggs atop), shopped, ran a bit of Cardio Unplugged, then off to Knockout (1 hour).  Pump was cancelled so I got a free entrance into the gym and worked one set, 20 full-10 top half-10 bottom half-20 full reps each of:  chest presses, incline chest presses, pec flyes, "headbutts" (lol...never knew the gym called them "headbutts"), upright rows, one-arm rows, bicep curls, lateral raises, and tricep extensions.  Ended with a 10 minute run on the treadmill.  Meditation at my Tai Chi instructor's home studio (1 1/2 hour), then home.  DIY Feral:  Fail.  I fail on Wednesdays anyway cos I'm not home from meditation until 10pm.
