Stability Ball: Oblique Crunches -- 3 sets of 20 each side -- 10 lb weight added

Plank -- 3 sets at 30 seconds each

Side Plank -- 3 sets each side at 30 seconds each

Contra Lateral Raise -- 3 sets of 12 each side
