Workout
Workout #10 - Somebody remind me that taking a week off running is a bad idea.
I have not run in a week. Wednesday was just a normal off day. Thursday my wallet got stolen so I spent my evening at the police station filing a report (P.S. the NYPD does not get paid nearly enough -just putting that out there) (P.P.S - never get your wallet stolen. To say it is a hassle is to put it inconceivably mildly, and it is honestly disturbing). Friday I did Zumba. Saturday I was lazy. Sunday I was lazy. Monday I did Pilates. So its not like I haven't done ANY exercise in a week. I just haven't run. And I felt the consequences. I ran / walked 4 miles in 41:35. Ran 8:35 intervals. The time was good, but I definitely did not feel great while doing it. My feet and knees were bugging me, and my breathing wasn't awesome. I really should have run on one of the weekend days, but, again, I was lazy. I got through it today and I guess that's what matters.
Also did 3 sets of 5 pull-ups with 90 pounds assistance and 3 sets of 5 dips with 70 pounds assistance.

uh oh. I haven't run in a week and tomorrow is my running class. The weather was horrible over the weekend and every time I got on the treadmill I didn't feel like running so I got off.

yeah i napped most of the day Saturday because of the weather. My fiance and I had lunch with his brother and that was enough of the outdoor world for that day.
