Workout

suffering from this malaise but for some reason feel better after exercise

on Friday, felt like crap, and on Saturday, even though, i could not wake up, and it was raining like hell, i go to my workshop with Julie. I tell her that I would do the core stuff but could not really run around etc.. it was all agreed but my friend Marsha would not let me sit out the running up and down stairs... anyway, to make a long story short, felt better after the workout. but then Sunday, felt like crap again... and on Monday am and Tues too...
