Workout
squeezed it in
in between dropping the kid at school and work I squeezed in 30 min. at the gym. It seems like a waster of time, but I've got nothing else to do for those 30 minutes every morning so I might as well burn some butt fat. Did 20 min. cardio, dips, pullups, pushups, squats and out the door. Weather is gorgeous so I went for a 20 min. power walk to the bank in the afternoon.
It's all good!
