Paleo attempt Day 1

So I've been wanting to try paleo for a little while but every morning I'd wake up and see something in the fridge I wanted that was definitely not paleo and would tell myself I'm not ready to give up all the foods I like and maybe tomorrow I'll start. But this morning I thought if I keep telling myself that, I'll never take to plunge. So I did it, somewhat. For breakfast I had scrambled eggs. Lunch was a bit of a problem and I almost ended my paleo attempt. Someone hasn't gone shopping in a while and there wasn't too much paleo-friendly food. I googled and saw that although canned tuna isn't recommended because of the heating during the canning process and the sodium it technically is allowed. Since I didn't have a choice because I would not be the one going food shopping I had tuna and a tomato. By the time I came home for dinner there was more food. Salmon was already made so I had that and israeli salad. And strawberries for desert. And almonds and walnuts throughout the day. I think I did somewhat ok.

Todays workout: 45 minute spin class. Pull up/dip practice 3 sets of 6 pull ups at 40lbs and 3 sets of 6 dips at 30lbs. My chest and arms are really sore and I may need to take a break from all the practice. Problem is there isn't too much time if I want to get 20 practices done and an unassisted pull up and dip.

100 situps, 60 pushups, 50 squats
