mmm yoga

Just did some before-bed yoga -- Gentle Hatha #2 from Yoga Download. Followed by 35 sit ups, 35 squats, and 35 of my modified push ups that don't put weight on my right wrist. I have a feeling my biceps are going to end up lopsided. Ah well. 

Also -- made raw cabbage salad with the beet hummus I made last night as dressing for lunch and dinner (it was so good the first time that when dinner rolled around it was all I wanted!) -- I believe that is Eat Wild 7 and 8. Sweeeeeet.
