Dips Done

I wasn't feeling spectacular this afternoon, but I knew I'd be wrapping up my dip feat, so that gave me a little encouragement. I knocked out my dips first and then did pulldowns to max, supersetted with fast, high rep pulldowns; iso-lateral chest press with 5 count balanced contractions; squats to max supersetted with squat jumps (very tiring); seated calf raise with 5 count balanced contractions supersetted with calf jumps; and bicycle crunches.

On the squats I did max out above 1.5x my bodyweight (my feralicious DIY), but I wasn't convinced I'd achieved full depth, so I'm going to keep working on them.

Then I drove to Newark to fetch pincessmichelle from the airport! Welcome home!
