deja vu

Yes, I walked out on a class again today.

Sorry, it was too much.  Brooke is lovely, just lovely.  And enthusiastic.  And I'm sure someone loves her as a yoga instructor.

I, however, do not enjoy a yogi who gets excited about counting breaths.  Not just "yeah, this class is awesome" excited.  More "oh yeah right there baby" excited.

Yes, every time we held a pose, she counted three breaths.  Which did not actually match a normal human's breathing pattern.  And sounded like this:

One, yes one!  And twwwooooooohhhhhhh, Threeeeeeee, eeeeee, eeee, yes, just hold it, you can do it, right there, hold it, yessss, yes, yes!

I. AM. NOT. EXAGERRATING.

I went to yoga to stretch, work, relax, and instead walked out about 10 minutes after msh258, when I decided that crow pose during sweaty hot yoga was not just my cup of tea.  Or...I don't know, safe.

CRUNCH - please talk to Jess.  He's the only Crunch yoga instructor I like.  I need him to teach once per week after 6 pm.  Or at 6 pm.  I just NEED HIM.  Please?

Anyhow, I also walked more than 19.000 steps in 4 hours while dog walking today.  It was glorious, except for the poop.  But I'm thoroughly exhausted.

ha! i bought everything from Filene's.  Had it been Forever 21, it would have only been $50 :)

But it did ease my yoga related pains a bit...
