On Friday morning, I did one of the most crazy and intense workouts I've ever done in my life. The SoCal Crossfit Sectional workouts had just been announced and my coach wanted us to test it out, partly because he wanted to strategize his plan for the games, and partly because he wanted to see if anybody would throw up.
Like the slogan on the door to our gym says, "MOTIVATED PEOPLE ONLY", this workout was seriously not for the faint at heart. No complaining, no crying, no whining in Crossfit. Motivated people only.

WORKOUT
FOR QUICKEST TIME:- Sprint 400m
- 50 box jumps (14" high)
- Pick up a bumper plate (25#)
- 70 Squats (holding the plate, drop the plate and start at ZERO)
- 35 Overhead Push Press (holding the 25# plate)
- 50 box jumps (14" high)
- 15 Thrusters (75# barbell)
- 35 Burpees
- 35 Wall Ball (14lbs)
- 50 box jumps
- 170 single jump ropes
- Run 200m to the finish line
31:07. Woah, what just happened? Did I black out? Am I still alive??
And after a quick shower and egg white breakfast, I got on my bike to ride the 6 miles to work.
