Catching Up

Instead of spending money on a weeklong gym membership at home, I've decided to catch up on all my feralicious exercises. It will be a "de-load" from all of my usual heavy pushin' and pullin' and I'll get back some of the steam I lost since when I started this challenge.

50 Push-ups
50 Crunches
50 Squats
18 Pull-ups in two sets
