trx and row

short workout, because i was gearing up to celebrate MATCHING INTO A RESIDENCY!

i'm going to actually be a DOCTOR! with a JOB! well, residency.

so, i did this circuit on the trx

atomic pushups x 5

suspended pike x 5

suspended crunch x 10

chest press x 10

tricep press x 10

bicep x 10

deltoid t raise x 15

squats x 15

plus 20 ball crunches

also, 1500 m on the rower

 

probably undone by my boozing it up, but that's ok, because i'm ECSTATIC
