Revolved Half Moon
I wanted to run BEFORE Yoga. But that did not happen.
Yoga was great. I wish I could practive everyday though! I am losing my poses. Pigeon is so painful now. And my shoulders are not even close to being square. And I make the omg ouch face when I'm in it. WTH? I feel really out of practice and it suxorssss. Maybe since I stopped doing sun salutations upon waking every day. I should be practicing more on my own. I wanted to fall over in revolved half moon today.
did 2.5 miles on the treadmill. yay. New goal...making a point to run 2 times a week at lunch time. and 3-4 times a week mornings
