Protein shakes - strangely good?

I know it was my second week back at Pump yesterday but having asked the boy to rustle me up a protein shake after class yesterday, I hardly ache at all today. Nothing compared to last week anyway! And it was so strawberrrerrerry goodness. Followed it up with Jam tonight which has loosened everything up again nicely.

The marathon challenge is two and a half weeks in and I am way, way behind. My friend has 2.6 miles left to go but can't get out til Thursday. I have 8.6 miles to go. Sooo, I am going to attempt 10k again tomorrow night, leaving me 2.4 miles on Wednesday morning, or maybe Thursday morning. Obviously I hate to lose more than I realised.

What next? Duathalon/Triathalon Challenge? - no bike and can't really swim, but hey, might work!

protein shakes ARE really good - i branched out from the fruit combination to things like peanut butter with sugar free chocolate powder, and also instant coffee.  deliciousness!
