Thoughts:
I was aiming to get my workout in this morning, but the time change didn't help and I kept snoozing my alarm. It felt nice to get home before it was dark out, and I was motivated to get in a good run. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with any shin splint pain during tonights run, and was able to get to 4 miles pretty easily. Had a really good salad for dinner (seriously, it had EVERYTHING in it), and am going to reward myself with some sugar free chocolate pudding mixed with peanut butter in a little bit. I'm setting mini goals for myself this week through Friday - limited carbs during dinner (except Friday night), bring lunch to work 4 days this week, gym 3 more times. Trying not to weigh myself until Friday, but it's a bit of a challenge.
The major goal for tomorrow is to get in a morning workout tomorrow morning - the arc trainer and some weights. I'm going to try to go to bed at 11pm tonight to make that happen!
