Rungover
I drank a lot of water and one Gatorade* before my run, since I was still feeling nauseated.
I got to school at 10 and Rolene pulled up soon afterward. We completed one lap and decided we really needed to pee. We finished another lap and walked a bit before finishing strong. Total distance = 3 miles/4.8K. We ran only 2 miles this time. I had the Garmin again. The whole thing took 50 minutes but that might include the time we spent in the loo.
I promise to be more diligent in time keeping in the future.
*which I casually mentioned to my husband and BFF (who don't work out...at all...ever) and they totally jumped down my throat! You shouldn't drink Gatorade unless you're running a marathon, they said, all the while sipping their fountain Cokes (I had water).
