Good morning, Daylight Savings Time. Not easy at first, but soooo worth it.

wow...see you did sprints on a bike!! (awesome!) maybe if i take some spin classes where we sprint in them that will work? or what if i'm dancing really intensely. hrm...

Dance intensely! (spinning doesn't count - it has to be outside!) But just go crazy dancing for a few seconds and then build up. My sprints range from 10 - 60 sec. It feels like the hardest part is keeping track of the time!

agreed, day light savings time is hard to get used to but i'm looking forward to longer days!
