More Feralicious squatting, pushing, sitting...
Didn't think I'd beat myself up enough on the slopes today so I threw down an extra 100 crunches, 35 push-ups, and 35 squats before showering. Also got close to the floor for some extreme stretching, throwing my hips into extension, easing tension out of my quads, and the like. Might as well since I'm hitting the powder again tomorrow and I really don't want to grind my way through today's soreness.
