Workout
day before the race
I won't lie: I spent most of the day sitting on my butt playing video games. I considered making this a full rest day, but then I'd no longer be a part of the daily workout club, and that would make me sad. So I knocked off the day's sit ups, push ups, and squats, plus added some bridge-ups for fun. I was feeling pretty set that first week in terms of my number of reps, but now I'm falling behind (with the exception of the situps, which are a part of my daily/almost-daily routine anyway). Gotta catch up. If I don't find a pull-up bar in the next four or five days I'm going to really be mad at myself later ...
15K in the morning. Still haven't decided on the tights/shorts decision. And while I LOVE daylight savings time, I sure wish we weren't losing that hour tonight.
