Workout

Austin Day 2.

Did not wake up as bright-eyed as the morning before, but went about my new, temporary routine anyway.  Breakfast banana, 2 hard-boiled eggs, black coffee.  Morning walk to Gold's in the glorious, abundant sunshine.  Arrived at the gym around 8:30 and practically had the place to myself.  Enjoyed a tough weights (upper and lower) workout, sang out loud and strong to the awesome 90s mix that was pumping through the weight room, especially the Alice in Chains ("Feee-ee-ee-eed my eyeyayays.  Can you sew them shut?")

Really enjoyed the morning sessions, especially the one where I got to PLUG SOCIALWORKOUT!  Yes, I attended "Design for Awareness: Mobile Technologies & Health" and stood up and talked about this great community and its game-like features and other juicy sorts of motivational things that make it so successful and lots of people were interested.  I can provide more detail when I'm less sleepy.
