Over three hours of the best! Burned like a mofo! I'm going to eat well tonite!
75 mins of Flow at Yoga Vida w/ live music. PERFECT way to start my day!- burned 575 cals in this class- which is sort of crazy...I usually burn half that max in a yoga class- I don't know what happened but it made me sweat and my HR monitor was way up! I usually don't wear my HR mon in yoga...glad I did today!
50 mins of weight training upper body at crunch usq- beast!
60 mins of Kangoo class!- MAJOR ENDORPHS!
more streching. more flexible. BEST SAT EVER. I love working out....wild!
And 100 push ups and 100 sit ups and a helpin of assisted pull ups that seem like they'll never be unassisted
