Workout
Friday.
Last run before the 15K today. 8:20 average: not bad. Awful headwind on the return trip, and it was cold enough to wish I had gloves on.
Afterwards I went straight to happy hour with some friends, and then to shovel poop. The weather was total crap, raining and cold. Cookie and I played tag in the arena, then I made her run a little bit.
I think I had something worthwhile to say but instead I'm going to bed.
