The crisis in my upper body has spread from the football shoulder pad region to my lower biceps. What the? I didn't know the lower biceps could be in crisis.
Beloved teacher and local hero Natalie has moved on to do some amazing work outside of Vegas. So I've tried the new replacement teacher's class a few times. Could not be a nicer person, but the class is missing traction - not getting the take-away I need to count it as a legit workout. Sad. I've loved this class so much, and it's sooooo convenient since the Women's Bldg is just around the corner. The Bldg feels like an anachronism - right place, wrong time (kind of like Anthology Film Archives in the EV). But that doesn't diminish the fact that it's managed to hold on and thrive in the 21st C. Go, Women!
Eat Wild
5. Lnch: yogurt w/ berries, cherries, pineapple, mango, coconut and hemp seeds. Steamed asparagus on the side.
6. Dnnr: Shrimp and Zucchini à la Madhur Jaffrey w/ black japonica rice
