On goals and a helpful push into a new level

About a year ago I set some fitness goals for myself. Consistency was the overall theme and improving my speed while climbing at Ride the Zone has been a daily focus. Marion has been pushing me over the past year to be able to hold a fast cadence while climbing long and steep hills. It is not easy, but the results are sweet. Today I was reminded of my daily focus as Marion shouted out to me, "Wow, K , crazy cadenence on the big ass climb!". She then directed everyone but me to add more resistance to their climb. Everyday and every workout is different, but I'm psyched that I had a great moment at Ride the Zone this morning.

Food Log:
pre-workout: Clementine
post-workout: oatmeal with berries
lunch: salad with dark greens, grape tomatos, red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, chick peas, asparagus tips, cucumber, beets. Olive oil and sea salt.
Water: 2 liters
