icu blues

i love the icu, but it's killing my workout drive

so i dragged myself home to the joy of my trx :) i really love being able to use my bodyweight. just think, if you don't weigh as much, it's not as hard! haha

did two sets of the following:

TRX Chest Press                    10-15 reps
TRX Triceps Press                 10-15 reps
TRX Biceps Curl                     10-15 reps
TRX High Row                         10-15 reps
TRX Single Leg Squat            10-15 reps each leg
TRX Y Raise                           8-10 reps
TRX W Raise                          8-10 reps
TRX Lunge                              10-15 reps each leg
TRX Crunch                            10-15 reps
TRX Hip Press                         10-15 reps

 plus FERALICIOUSNESS

squats

pushups

situps

my legs are hurting. standing for 12 hours is just too much. i don't even use the stairs this month. fail.
