I just rocked my first warrior arm bind EVER!!!
- I likely wasn't that structured- just give me a month.
Yeah, it was awesome and I was about to yell out to Sass to turn around and I realized it was likely a terrible idea. Being all sorts of stoked about my bind (mind you with the most sore arms I have ever had due to all the damn dips and pull up prepping) I was on fire with some feralicisousness. So during the prep for plow pose I tell myself "you can do this- you've been practicing now just get those legs up there... and ROCK IT."
So I did.
It was amazing.
And I would like to take this time to give a nice "fuck you" to that coworker who called me "wide" that one day. Today while talking about the need to buy a bathing suite so I can "look sexy on the beach" she looked me up and down and said "you should really get started on that."

she is the things on the bottom of the shoe of a guy who works in sanitation and had to walk through a sewage flood after an epidemic of food poisoning.

congrats on binding Llaves!!! :) that is such a great feeling, making "space" for binds! you rule!
don't let this woman come near your peace of mind. she obviously has MAJOR issues, which we can all see keep her from being a happy, balanced and good person. you got the F U in there and out of the way...good...makes space for your peace. So next up, stand up with the bind!! ;) i'm still working on that one...it's so hard!
