Crossfit and BFF's

My best friend is visiting me from NYC, and it's awesome!  So good to have a great friend around, one who knows you front and back, one that can be cool with riding bikes all night and not drinking a thing, a friend that any topic can be talked about.  A true friend.

However, my true friend refused to go to Crossfit with me.  Bananas!  I shoo'ed her out of the house at 6:50am when i was heading out to the gym, and she went running around the neighborhood.  On returning home, I made a super delicious breakfast of farm fresh eggs, turkey bacon and fruit.

WORKOUT

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes

 

  • 5 handstand pushups
  • 10 One-leg squats
  • 15 pullups
I got 7 rounds.
