Workout
A challenging home workout and celebrating not overcooking my beautiful dinner by doing lots of situps, pushups and squats

- Bragging rights! Not overcooked!
I rushed all day to get home to run before the rain hit and when I finally got home, I had a ton of groceries and dry cleaning waiting for me. I postponed my run and took care of business at home. After my amaaaazing home cooked (but unfortunately not feral because of my use of cherry preserves), I took to the mat and racked up lots of sit ups, push ups and squats so my tracking could go to "behind" from "disturbingly behind". For cardio, I did the stairs in both directions in my high rise apartment building.
Dinner? I wanted to use up some of the potatoes from last week's Basis delivery before they started to sprout, so I made Mashed Potatoes with Blue Cheese and Parsley. Sounds decadent, but it is under 300 calories. To go with it, I made Cherry-Glazed Pan-Seared Lamb Chops, which also sounds decadent but was only 370 calories. Obviously, this can't be an every day thing, but I behaved myself all day and had a vegetarian lunch - without dairy - so I don't feel so guilty.
