Workout

slow and steady

I love when my sessions just go from one to the other... movin right along from exersize to exersize.  This morning:

alt:  4x15 deadlifts; 4x20 tricep extensions

alt:  4x15 back rows; 4x15 overhead press

alt:  4x20 kettle bell swings; 4x15 modified push-ups

alt: 4x1' planks; 4x20 bicep curls

tried different abs crunches... (kinda pathetic this morning... I was tired by now, back was getting involved... tried leg lifts on bench, then put bench on incline... finally got on exercise ball.) 115 total
