Jumped off the bike to join the dance workout

Workout:

8:30-9:15: Marion, Ride the Zone. I love her new playlists and the hands free climb.
9:30-10:30: team zone with Carrie and Holly.
These two are a pair!! So in sync while they swap intervals in the one hour ride. Today, to Madonna, holly and Carrie busted out such a dance party--I couldn't help but jump off the bike and join the fun. Super fun and others followed. After tons of laughter, we were poised on the bike and sweat, raced, climbed our precious hearts content. Extremely fun and challenging hour of riding! Love it.

What I ate today:
Clementine, two scrambled eggs with part skim mozz and spinach, almonds, half whole wheat wrap with organic hormone free chicken, romaine lettuce, chopped grape tomato, hummus(as a spread), olives and cucumber. Huge glass of water, more almonds with goji berries, a few carrots, salmon tartar with avocado, two glasses of Pinot noir. Tons of water. Water total: 3liters
