Workout

I skipped tonights running class :(

It was a long day, lots of walking, and by the time I got home I wasn't in the mood. I did work out today. I took Ultimate Ball Workout. We did lots of squats and situps, but I forgot to count. I think I'll make it to 1000 without those anyway. I didn't do any pushups today. I did a small pullup/dip practice. And I ate a lot today. Is brown rice wild-friendly? Dinner tonight was chicken and brown rice. To my knowledge it is not processed, even though I bought packaged in a bag.
