Heavy Wednesday

I generally do my workouts at 4 or if I get out later at 5. So I have all day to think about how painful my afternoon is going to be.

Clean & Jerk: 5,3,2,1,1,1

Good Morning: 5rx4s

Bench Press: 80%3r, 90% 2rx2s, 70%5rx3s

Tabata Double Unders (score is lowest DU's in one round

Still extremely sore from Monday and Tuesdays work out...just need to include some pull ups, push ups, sit ups and dips into this work out and I will be good to go!
