Couch to 5K, cabbage, Organic Avenue and contaminated Pringles
I'm back on the Couch to 5K plan. I did Week 2, Day 1 yesterday after work before making my feralicious dinner. I took my run outside and ran along the Hudson River at sunset. Beautiful! It made me SO happy that spring is here (at least until it rains all weekend).
Still trying to figure out what to do with my flathead cabbage from last week's Basis delivery. I'll use half next week for St. Patty's but still undecided on the rest of it. Maybe Asian wraps with ground turkey?
I was looking at Oscar dresses during a quiet moment in the office and found this pre-award show detox plan from Dr. Oz Garcia, the nutrition specialist behind Heidi Klum’s post-baby body and Hilary Swank’s famously lean muscle in Million Dollar Baby. I've done Blueprint before (which made me curious about Organic Avenue). The plan sounds reasonable - I'd definitely consider before a wedding or something.
More recalls of everyday items... This time, Pringles are giving us salmonella.
