Back, Chest & Yoga
Yep, that about sums it up. Did a couple more sets of pull-ups and some sit-ups and push-ups to add to my feats total. And then I had an hour of yoga.
Also, with the warmer weather I've been going on walks on my breaks and lunch. Throughout the course of the day I can usually get in 3 to 4 circuits of the property my office sits on. At right around 8/10th of a mile (I drove around my walking path to kind of check) that's an extra 2.4-3.2 miles of walking a day. Plus my walks are all directly after eating so hopefully that will help with digestion/metabolism/etc and maybe help me to break through this pretty much 2 and 1/2 year plateau. We'll see...
