Workout

Two Down (or is that three??)

This morning I finished up my sit ups, doing 140 of them in between sets of iso-lateral bench press and calf raises.  I also did a few sets of front and rear barbell squats just for fun, and it turns out that if you add some more squats on to your squat feat after you've already finished it, you finish it again!  Or at least you get congratulated for finishing it again; it looks like your feat count is not incorrectly incremented, which is good.

I did drop sets on both the calf raises and the iso-lateral bench, with negatives on the latter (so my chest and triceps are pretty much shot right now).  In addition, I did ten push ups (very light day, because of the other chest work), a set of dips, and four sets of pull ups to my starting max.  It now looks like I'll probably finish the pull ups before I finish the push ups.  Dips, though, may wait until near the end of the challenge.

Tonight I may (if I'm feeling up for it) head back over to Brooklyn Barbell to check out the Olympic Weightlifting class.  It just stated last week (it's a three month series, but they usually try to roll another group in at the start of each month).  If so, I'll let you all know how that goes.

I'll add some links in a comment on the original article.  It'll be a minute...

I've tried posting as both a comment and as a general post, but both are failing for me right now.  I'll try again in a bit.

Looks like it works if I break it up.  See the comments I added on the original post.
