I Have Lost Interest

...in going to the gym.

...in trying to figure out what foods are wild.

...in trying to do enough situps/pushups/squats to reach 1000 and keeping count until I can login to SW and enter in the amounts.

...in overall general fitness.

what is wrong with me????

nothing is wrong with you!! I feel like it's bound to happen to the best of us...after doing so many challenges full-on and being really into it...how does one still feel just as motivated as in the beginning? but spring is on it's way!! maybe that can help jumpstart your gears again!! xo

i'm totally there with you sunshine.  i'm not counting well, totally skimping on pushups and generally disinterested in the challenge...i'm going to try to keep going but only with the parts that make me feel motivated.  if i happen to complete the challenge, awesome.  if not, at least i know that i'll have kept myself sane.  hang in there!

Sometimes happens when you overtrain. You don't have to be body sore but your nerves get worn out! Don't lose hope, just take a couple days off from the gym and treat yourself, you'll be able to come back fresh. You shouldn't have to force yourself to exercise. =]
