Gettin some crossfit...great workout for women and men!
Today I am working out at my Crossfit Gym in Coronado. The work out of the day is as follows. I am still building up strength so I don't do the prescribed weight, and adjust to what I can handle but still pushes me. You can find examples of these workouts on crossfit.com
4 Rounds
21 Knees to Elbows
15 Box Jump (30/24)
9 Squat Snatch (105/75)
Strength WOD:
Bent Over Row- 5,5,4,3,3
These work outs are not easy and push your body to the limit. You will find yourself lying on the gym floor in a puddle of sweat with a smirk of satisfaction on your face at the end.
