Workout
A.D.D. cardio take 2
Today was supposed to be a lifting day, but I'm suuuuper sore from yesterday's yoga class. That should probably count as my third strength training workout of the week, especially since I'm prioritizing cardio to ditch a little body fat before my trip.
20 minutes on elliptical
10 minutes stair climber (am LOVING this)
10 more minutes on elliptical
10 minutes on bike
Also, I just batch cooked and refrigerated / froze most of my meals for the next week. Little victories, ya'll. Little victories.
