ellipse - 40 minutes

finally got around to testing my dips and pull ups and of course i cannot do any.  so i started off with 10 assisted of each.

push ups - 35 (80 total)

sit ups - 50 (110 total)

yoga - about 5 minutes (more tomorrow)
