Workout
Naked workout.
I'm not sure how good that is for people, butttttttt I was naked in my own apartment, working out. I'm a weirdooo.
I did some jump rope, jumping jacks, and running in place high knees to get me revved up and then I worked on my feats.
Pushups - I did 50 more today! (so i'm up to 120!)
Situps - I did 40 (so i'm up to 75!)
Pullups - I did 2 sets (so 18 lefts!)
Dips - I did 3 sets (so 30 left!)
Squats - I did 80 (woot! so i'm up to 150!)
I also did the 8 combo moves from WH online... they felt awesome. I'm so happy I did them. I love combo strength exercise-nessss.

I'm pretty sure naked jump rope would be uncomfortable and possibly dangerous for me. But to each their own.
