Core CARDIO - a whole NEW world of hurt!
Fred, as in the Fred who invented CORE (yah that Fred!) took us through his insane and intense CORE CARDIO tonight. The man is adorable, but the workout was intense! Mountain climbers for days! There's no telling how I'll feel in the morning. It felt a little 80s aerobics workout, but I'm pretty sure he was targeting specific areas for maximum success. Highly recommend!

This is really good to know. I was thinking about trying the Wednesday night class. How would you compare it to Sport?

Hmm, so I've only taken sport once, but it's actually more like core + yoga + aerobics. So you're constantly moving and stretching, often with the weights in hands, often in farmiliar yoga poses. There are just a TON of reps of everything. Fred said that it's all about burning fat - so while you're sweating you can still breathe, it's not like totally anaerobic where you're out of breath and burning calories, etc. It's definitely worth a try! I wasn't sore the day after, but man oh man my inner legs hurt today in places I never thought possible! Which means he worked a whole new area, which is great. Good luck!
