So is butternut squash risotto 'wild' enough?

As I may have mentioned, once or thrice, the Eat Wild thread is doing my head in ;) Tonight's dinner was butternut squash roast in cumin then stirred into risotto made with red onion, garlic and mushrooms. I'd love to know if it counts - I might have to make that 12 times!!

Workout today: 2.6 miles outside (Cardio Unplugged!) in 29:39 with 5-6 minutes walking warm up and cool down. Calling that 40 minutes towards the feat, although not logged it til I get to an hour as I think the timer thing is a bit screwy still.

60 bicycle sit ups, 30 push ups, no squats as the backs of my legs are tight as hell today. Thinking I might need to get a couple of Pump classes in a week to make sure I get all those squats in...

No cigarettes, no coke, but still no book, d'oh.

I'm not sure if risotto works since it's pasta, right? But try subbing in barley instead. It's got a similar consistency cooked and has a lot more protein, and best of all, its an unprocessed natural product.

Between that, and the no tins thing, I have absolutely no chance of completing this feat. Bugger.

Thanks for replying though :)
