Workout

Starting off Strong

This is the third Social Workout challenge I've signed up for and I'm determined to make it this time.  I'm a fitness blogger so I really have no excuse!

Tonight, I went to Cross Fit.  The workout of the day ("WOD") was a new one, War Frank.  My scaled version was 3 rounds of 10 muscle up transitions, 50 squats and 25 butterfly situps with a 10 lb plate.  I finished in 14:07, which means I probably shouldn't have scaled down so much. 

After I finished, I worked on my pull ups.  I did 10 using a rubber band for assistance.  I'm determined to get an unassisted pull up soon.  It would be awesome if I could make it by the end of this month.  Then I jumped rope for a bit to practice my double-unders.  All in all, it was a good workout and a great way to kick off the challenge!
