Workout
I heart Thursdays.

Thursday is my day off work. I still have class, but I have this big chunk of time before class in which to (a) do homework or (b, and more fun) go to the gym and actually have a leisurely workout instead of feeling rushed!
This morning I went to an hour long spin class. It was just an okay class. The instructor was not very motivating, and everyone else in the class was totally phoning it in, which made me feel stupid for actually trying to get a good workout and being all sweaty. That is one thing I really hate about spin -- you often find yourself surrounded by people who are not working out at all! Maybe I just need to find a more hardcore spin class. Anyway, I burned 500 calories in the hour, but I kind of felt like I didn't work that hard, so I hopped on the treadmill for a one mile sprint. That little extra boost was just what I needed, and I spent the next twenty minutes in the sauna, loving life.
Onto the feat updates...
Sleep log -- got a good solid 8 hours last night! Woohoo. I'm good at this feat because I am CRAZY about getting enough sleep. I can't understand people who can function on 7 hours, much less 5 or 6! That is nuts.
DIY: Made some soup last night. This is another original recipe, not one from one of my cookbooks, so I am giving myself extra points. :)
