Workout

My workouts are the loser kids of Social Workout

Because seriously, I work out for an average of 30 minutes a day and some of you other awesome folks warm up for 30 minutes and then start your kick ass workout. My poor little workouts are so lame compared to other people on this site. Seriously, where is the motivation? I'm exhausted when I get back from work and generally just want to sit on my couch and eat and watch TV, so I get a quick workout in and then I'm done. I clearly need to step it up!

 

Elliptical for 30 minutes.

Free weights for 15 minutes.

What?! No you don't, unless you really want to! You shouldn't feel any pressure from us to do pain-inducing workouts--trust me, the 9-5 kills me some days, and the next morning my sun salutation is via middle finger.

Haha, I know what you mean! Prior to this site, I thought my gym routine was kick-ass, but now, I am feeling a little left in the dust.

But I'm also trying to step it up and this site is totally motivation. Good luck! :)
